I spent years thinking I was broken. I wasn't.

I tried every planner, every productivity hack, every "just wake up at 5am" post. None of it worked for my brain. I'd start strong for three days, then crash and spend a week recovering from the shame spiral.

The turning point came when I stopped trying to fix myself and started building systems that worked with my brain instead of against it. Tiny routines. Visual cues. Forgiveness for the hard days. Celebrating the small wins.

It didn't happen overnight. But slowly, things got lighter. My home got calmer. And I realized — if these systems helped me, they could help other women too.
